Hodson, CFLS, and Samuel C. Mullin, III, CWCS, have been designated Certified Specialists by the California State Bar Association's Board of Legal Specialization in their practice areas. John Hodson has served as Judge Pro Tempore for the Solano Superior Courts, and is a graduate of Pepperdine School of Law’s internationally recognized Straus Institute Litigation Mediation Training Program. Samuel Mullin served as Assistant Suisun City Attorney, both Partners have served as Federal Prosecutors for the U.S. Air Force and Judge Advocates. The Partners’ extensive experience and expertise has earned them repeated honors as “California Super Lawyers.”
