You can expect these questions in your hearing and you and your lawyer should prepare ahead of time by practicing how you will answer. There is simply no reason to end up surprised by standard questions about your physical capacity, your pain level and your activities of daily living.
In this video I offer you examples of questions that you will be asked at your hearing and I explain briefly how you should and should not answer these questions.
I also express my thoughts about how you and your lawyer can best prepare for your hearing and what constitutes an appropriate pre-hearing conference. In my opinion, a lawyer who meets his client for the first time 10 minutes prior to a hearing is not offering adequate pre-hearing preparation.
