This presentation looks at prenuptial agreements, wherein the parties anticipate a marital breakup or the death of one party and contract to establish what will happen in those events. The pre-nuptial agreement is especially important when wealthy people or people with families from previous marriages get married. This presentation will look at the requirements for prenuptial agreements, what the agreements contain and their enforceability.
