Workers' Compensation Law: Common Non-Scheduled Injuries

This presentation is part of our series of presentations on the rules governing workers' compensation. Here, we look at nonscheduled injuries, which are injuries that are not on the state's list of workers' compensation injuries. These injuries, too, are covered by workers compensation rules, but the rule may differ from coverage of scheduled injuries. This presentation defines nonscheduled injuries and looks at the rules that normally apply to them.
